Couples looking for a solid spot

We had a solid experience, my partner and I. The hotel was clean and the staff were super helpful,, especially when we were lost trying to find the sights.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for what we got.

I’ve seen better – but worse too

The staff were accommodating and made helpful suggestions during our stay. The room was spacious and well-maintained, allowing us to relax after long days exploring.

The area around the hotel felt uninviting and poorly kept. Breakfast options lacked variety, leaving little to choose from each morning.

The Superior Triple Room was quite spacious and the beds were really comfortable. It had a nice setup and cleanliness was spot on. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief in the summer heat. We loved the breakfast options too, especially the fresh pastries. Overall, it felt cozy and inviting.

Front desk crew were absolutely delightful, offering us a lovely map with their secret tips! The location was decent too, not far from transit.

But, good heavens, the shower felt like a death trap! I half expected a swimming pool with all that water sloshing about!

The location of this place allowed us to easily explore Rome. Roy, the staff member, was super helpful and genuinely friendly. Our family loved the spacious room setup. We even had fun visiting the nearby gelateria, indulging in delicious gelato every afternoon!

My kids wished for a broader breakfast selection with fresh vegetables.

Best Roma is in a great location, just a short walk from termini. The room was cozy and clean with fantastic pressure in the shower. Roy, who managed the hotel, was super helpful. There’s a laundromat and supermarket nearby. The best gelato place just a few blocks away!

this was my second time in rome, and my stay was much better this time around. the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a great atmosphere. the staff was accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

The location was a quick walk to the metro for easy transport. Breakfast had decent options, including pastries and coffee.

I enjoyed my stay at this charming hotel, combining authentic Roman ambiance with helpful staff. Despite the small room size and minor maintenance issues, the proximity to transport and wonderful local dining opportunities really enhanced my experience. A perfect base for exploring art and history in Rome!
